These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "Player", "you") and xbazie ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing all access to and use of the xbazie website located at xbazie.net, including all associated services, products, features, and content made available through the platform.

By creating an account on xbazie, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the xbazie platform and close your account if one has already been created.

xbazie reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to registered players. Updated Terms take effect from the date they are published on xbazie.net. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version.

These Terms are written in English and are intended to be interpreted in English. Where translations of these Terms exist in any other language, the English version shall take precedence in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the agreement without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Access to and use of the xbazie platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their continued use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. xbazie operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Users who are found to be under the age of 18 will have their accounts immediately suspended and all funds held pending investigation.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you. Minors and individuals under legal guardianship who have not been granted full legal capacity are not permitted to use the platform.
• Geographic Eligibility: You must not be a resident of or physically located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing xbazie is lawful in your specific location before registering.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one registered account on xbazie. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of balances.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with xbazie or any associated gaming platform at the time of registration or subsequent use.

xbazie employs age verification procedures as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Players are required to submit valid government-issued identity documentation — such as a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — before their first withdrawal is processed. xbazie reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any point during a player's tenure on the platform.

In the event that xbazie has reasonable grounds to believe that a registered user does not meet the eligibility criteria stated above, the platform reserves the right to suspend the account, freeze available funds, and conduct a formal review. During this review period, no deposits, withdrawals, or wagers will be permitted on the account.

To access the full range of xbazie services — including deposits, withdrawals, sports betting, live casino, and crash games — you must create a registered account on the platform. Registration requires the provision of accurate, current, and complete personal information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a direct breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

At registration, you will be required to provide, at minimum, your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh, and an email address. xbazie may require additional information during the KYC verification process, including a government-issued identity document and proof of address.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. xbazie will never ask you for your password, full payment PIN, or OTP via email, phone, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from xbazie and requesting such information should be treated as fraudulent.

You must notify xbazie immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your login credentials have been compromised in any way. You accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account prior to notifying xbazie of any breach.

xbazie implements multiple technical security measures to protect registered accounts, including but not limited to: 256-bit SSL encryption on all connections, OTP verification for new-device logins, configurable two-factor authentication (2FA), automatic session timeouts after 30 minutes of inactivity, and account lockout following 5 consecutive failed login attempts. While xbazie takes all reasonable steps to secure accounts, the platform cannot be held liable for losses resulting from a user's failure to adequately protect their own credentials.

Account credentials are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not share your account with, sell your account to, or permit access to your account by any other person for any reason. Any evidence of account sharing will result in immediate suspension pending investigation.

xbazie supports a range of payment methods specifically selected for their relevance to players in Bangladesh. Accepted payment methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on the xbazie platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳).

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount on xbazie is ৳500. There is no platform fee applied to deposits made via bKash or Nagad. Deposits made via Visa or Mastercard may be subject to standard card processing charges as determined by the issuing bank. Deposits are typically credited to your xbazie account within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. xbazie is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. All withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible, in accordance with standard anti-money laundering (AML) practices. Players must complete KYC identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Verified withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

xbazie reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large-value transactions or where the platform has reason to investigate the legitimacy of the account activity. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if there are outstanding identity verification requirements or if suspicious activity has been flagged on the account.

Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy: xbazie is committed to operating in compliance with applicable AML standards. The platform does not accept third-party deposits — all funds deposited to your xbazie account must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Any attempt to use the xbazie platform to process, transfer, or conceal funds of illicit origin will result in immediate account termination, reporting to relevant authorities, and full forfeiture of account balances.

xbazie does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. However, the platform reserves the right to introduce withdrawal fees on specific payment methods or transaction tiers with advance notice published on the platform.

xbazie offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladesh cricket calendar and cultural events such as Eid and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual offer, in addition to the general bonus policy set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn as cash. Players must carefully review the wagering requirement attached to any bonus before accepting it.

Bonus Eligibility: Welcome bonuses are available only to newly registered players making their first qualifying deposit. Existing players who create additional accounts in order to claim welcome bonuses will have all associated accounts terminated. Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash at face value without completing the applicable wagering requirements.

Bonus Abuse: xbazie employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure, arbitrage betting, and coordinated multi-account bonus claiming. Players found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided, associated winnings forfeited, and accounts suspended.

Promotion Amendments: xbazie reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice. In the event that a promotion is cancelled while a player has already met the qualifying conditions, xbazie will honour any bonus already credited but is not obligated to provide an equivalent replacement promotion.

Maximum Bet with Bonus Funds: While wagering with active bonus funds, players may not place individual bets exceeding ৳2,000 per round or per game event unless the specific promotion terms explicitly permit a higher limit. Bets placed in excess of this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.

All betting and gaming activity on xbazie is subject to the rules of the specific game or market being accessed, as displayed within the relevant game interface or sports betting market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager. The following general principles apply across all xbazie gaming products:

• Finality of Results: All game outcomes and sports betting results are final once confirmed by the platform. xbazie does not reverse confirmed results except in cases of demonstrable technical error or third-party data provider error. Disputes regarding results must be submitted to [email protected] within 7 days of the relevant event.
• Technical Errors: In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during an active game round or bet, xbazie will use its best efforts to determine the fair outcome based on available game-state data. Where a fair determination cannot be made, the wager will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account balance.
• RNG Certification: All casino games and crash game titles available on xbazie use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by the game providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. RNG integrity is maintained by independent third-party audit processes conducted by the respective providers. xbazie does not alter or interfere with game outcomes.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits are set per game and per market. These limits are displayed within the game interface and may vary based on game type, live casino table, or sports market. xbazie reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
• Sports Betting: Sports betting odds are provided in real time and are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager. Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or withdrawn by xbazie at any time during an event, particularly in response to significant in-game developments.
• Voided Bets: xbazie reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a pricing error, or any bet placed on a market that was opened in error. In such cases, the stake is returned to the player's account and the transaction is reversed.

Cricket betting on xbazie covers BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, ODI and Test matches. For cricket markets, the result is determined based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI). Matches that are abandoned due to rain or other external factors will be settled according to the rules of the specific market type as stated in the market description.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xbazie platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of the activities listed below will face immediate account suspension, potential permanent termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to defraud xbazie or other players through misrepresentation, false claims, chargebacks, stolen payment methods, or identity fraud.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on the platform, whether under the same or different identities, for any purpose including bonus abuse, circumventing account restrictions, or evading previous account closures.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other multiplayer format to gain an unfair advantage at the expense of other players or the platform.
• Use of Automation: Using bots, scripts, AI tools, automated betting software, or any third-party program to place bets, interact with games, or access account features without direct human interaction.
• Money Laundering: Using the xbazie platform in any capacity as a conduit for processing, layering, or concealing funds of criminal or otherwise illicit origin.
• Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly exploiting a technical error, software bug, or pricing mistake to gain funds or advantages that would not have been available under normal platform operation. Any winnings derived from exploiting known errors are not valid and will be reversed.
• Threatening or Abusive Behaviour: Engaging in threatening, abusive, harassing, or discriminatory communications directed at xbazie staff, customer support personnel, or other players through any platform channel.
• Unauthorised Access Attempts: Any attempt to access, probe, scrape, reverse-engineer, or attack the xbazie platform infrastructure, including its databases, APIs, payment systems, or source code.

xbazie employs real-time automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Detection may occur at any point during a player's account lifetime — not just at the time of the prohibited activity. Accounts found to have engaged in prohibited conduct at any past point remain subject to the penalties described above, regardless of how much time has elapsed since the activity occurred.

xbazie reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any registered account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within the required timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct
• A valid court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request
• Detection of underage gambling or ineligible account usage
• Extended account inactivity (accounts inactive for 12 or more consecutive months)
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request

Player-Initiated Closure: Players who wish to voluntarily close their xbazie account may do so at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Any verified account balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method, provided all KYC verification requirements have been satisfied and there are no outstanding compliance holds on the account.

Dormant Account Policy: Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. xbazie will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder via their registered email address and mobile number before applying a dormancy administration fee of ৳200 per month. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding verification steps.

Funds on Closure: Where an account is closed by xbazie due to a breach of these Terms, the platform reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Where funds are determined to be the proceeds of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct, those funds will be forfeited in full. Any legitimately deposited funds not associated with the breach will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of the investigation.

Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gambling may be negatively affecting their wellbeing are strongly encouraged to use xbazie's voluntary self-exclusion tool. A self-exclusion request will result in the immediate suspension of betting and gaming access for a minimum period of 6 months. During self-exclusion, the platform will take reasonable steps to prevent marketing communications from being sent to the excluded account. Appeals: Players who believe their account has been suspended or closed in error may submit a formal appeal by contacting [email protected] within 30 days of the suspension or closure notice. xbazie will review all appeals in good faith and respond within 10 working days of receipt. The decision reached following the appeal process is final.
